First and Goal, a highly interactive relationship focus group and seminar series, debuted to an enthusiastic audience of couples in Jacksonville Florida on Monday, May 4th 2009.

New Covenant Ministries of Jacksonville Florida hosted the event as part of their monthly series of Marriage Enrichment events.

First and Goal Focus Groups, is the newest creation of Mama E’s Estella Keese, relationship coach. Keese acknowledges, “Relationships are under stress more than ever during the current economic and social crisis being experienced on a world-wide level”

“First and Goal provides a fun and uniquely interactive forum for talking about relationships. We use football concepts. For example, the “coach” has access to both the playbook and the quarterback’s earpiece. He is responsible for evaluating the situation and making the best decisions”

Keese continues, “I think this is an important position for the husband to fill in a relationship. As head of the family, he must get directions from God to ensure a successful outcome of the relationship. Some of the practice sessions we share are absolutely hilarious, and transformational”
