First and Goal Focus Groups, is the newest creation of Mama E’s Estella Keese, relationship coach. Keese acknowledges, “Relationships are under stress more than ever during the current economic and social crisis being experienced on a world-wide level”

“First and Goal provides a fun and uniquely interactive forum for talking about relationships. We use football concepts. For example, the “coach” has access to both the playbook and the quarterback’s earpiece. He is responsible for evaluating the situation and making the best decisions”
